“ Rey clean lovely condo with a wonderful view of the river. Sunrise was gorgeous. Bed was super comfortable. Colonial beach is my new favorite little vacation town. Very friendly people. Our host was so responsive and welcoming. Much appreciate his quick response to questions. There were a lot of steps to climb to get to the condo but that’s probably a good thing for a Bach front property. We would definitely love to stay here again. ”

“The location and the view were amazing! Such an abundance of wildlife! Deer, heard a fox, and the birds! Heron, ducks, geese, bluebirds, eagles- and as we were leaving found the eagle nest, next to the house as they came screeching in. Beautiful dark sky for star gazing. “We were going to an evening event at Stratford Hall (about 25 min away). There is so much history in the area. Beautiful spot on the river. The screened in porch was the bomb! Huge. So relaxing. Well stocked. Easy check out. Do pay attention to room configuration. The bedroom with twins was a loft like area but had the nicer bathroom. We used the kayaks. Had everything we needed. Host communication was great despite Vrbo platform was a challenge.”
