“Very clean, good facilities provided in the apartment.”

“Reise ohne Haustiere”

“It was really strange and inconvenient that there was no one at the “reception” desk after 15:00. And the young woman at the restaurant on the main floor said she didn’t know anything about the hotel. We found our reservation slip and our keys and let ourselves into the room. Later in the evening, the girl who did not know anything suddenly knew enough to make sure we paid. Very odd.”

“The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. ”

“Great place in many ways. Remodeled a few years ago. Well equipped kitchen. No fee laundry. 15 minute trolley to downtown zurich. Supermarket 2 minute walk. 15 minute walk to oerlikon train staion to airport. Elevator..”

“The hotel was clean and tidy. The reception left a lot to be desired, however. The front desk attendant was often not present and despite having selected this hotel for the included breakfast, we were turned away and told to contact hotels.com. After a long conversation with hotels.com (it took around a hour to reach someone), they confirmed we’d paid for breakfast. They offered a small credit and suggested we return for breakfast. None of us felt comfortable doing so after the chilly and……
