“Overall I was very happy , mostly because of the “on the lake” location. The property manager’s communication was excellent and he was very customer focused. The only drawback was that the house could use a little TLC. Everything’s was a bit run down and a coat of paint and some minor repairs wouldn’t a long way. All of this is overshadowed by the tremendous location and great communication. If luxury and high end is your thing, this place would be a problem. If you want a spectacular location……

“I will say that overall this was a fantastic place to stay. The only negative is the property photos are a little confusing as it looks like the river is closer than it really is. The front and back porches were the places to hang out. The younger adults loved the massage chair. Hot water is plentiful for showers. Fun fact: the intersection nearby is crazy. Many close calls between cars. Seriously though it was everything that our family needed for this vacation. ”

“This is a great house and was well laid out for our family stay with 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths. It was in a wonderful location for us as it is walking distance to Jimbo's where we all attended a wedding and close enough for our stay afterward to visit Lake Saranac, Lake George and Lake Placid.”

“It was amazing! The pool was nice, and the amount of streaming services we had was incredible. It was very nicely cleaned and they do have care packages in rooms. Very close to lake George, stores, etc. It’s very convenient. My kids loved the pool, a solid 5 stars!”

“My wife and I (and our black lab, Miles) had an adventurous and peaceful time at the Black Pine Cabin. Aside being a little hampered from rain a couple of days, we were able to squeeze in some hiking and took my Jeep down Crane Pond Rd. to visit my childhood campsite. Jesse was a great host. We’ll be back!”

Nicole was kind, welcoming and prompt with all correspondence. Could not have asked for a better experience and I highly recommend this property. : )”
