“We were in town for orientation. It was close enough to walk to the university. This way our student could explore the university on his own and walk back from the student only meetings. This gave him a great feel for living in Fayetteville. The restaurants and amenities nearby are amazing. Not to mention the fun decor and fabulous accommodations. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The check in instructions were easy to follow. Using an outside link complicated things. I forgot my phone in the VRBO and we couldn’t get back inside because the door code was on my phone. We were able to contact VRBO for assistance and they were able to send us the outside link for the property on a family members phone so we could get the code and get back inside. Communication with the property manager was friendly. ”

“The condo was beautifully decorated! The king bed was very comfortable and we felt at home. A few minor suggestions: the window treatments were aesthetically pleasing but not functional at all, the cooking pans desperately needed Bar Keeper’s Friend because they were stained. Lastly, the shower curtain liner is fabric and needed a toss in the washing machine. Very minor things but attention to detail is important for the price we paid. We would definitely recommend this condo!”

“I can’t say enough great things about our stay. We loved the location - on Dickson St in a very safe and secure premises, easy walk to lively/fun locations. Amenities at the loft were very high quality and top-notch. Seriously I have to comment on the comfy bed, best pillows & bedding I want to go buy for my own house. Owners were fabulous: super helpful and always available to answer questions and help out. Having a piano to play was such a treat!”

“The property was very convenient to the campus (easy walk), restaurants and a very short drive to the grocery store. It was very clean and I felt better than what the pictures showed. During our stay there was some construction that made entry/exit a bit confusing but I’m sure that will be resolved soon and isn’t the fault of the property managers.”

“I stayed here while we had my son’s orientation at U of A. Location couldn’t be beat and it was a comfortable place to relax after a long day of information and walking up all the hills. Loved being able to walk to get dinner and enjoyed the wonderful views. ”
