「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「Everything about the stay was great, with the exception of the computer being down and delaying check in by 3 hours. That said, Tina at the front desk scrambled to make it happen even before the system was restored that evening. Her willingness to go over and above to rectify a challenging situation is why I would definitely recommend Home2 Suites By Hilton Milwaukee West to anyone looking for a classy hotel with staff that go the extra mile to make it happen! 「The property was awesome! It’s a beautiful place and the staff was great! If you needed anything there was maybe a 10 minute way at best, they were bringing it to you in minutes. The lobby was beautiful and gathering down there was very relaxing. The only problem I have with hotels, especially the brand new ones is that they don’t have fans in the bathrooms to pull out steam of bad oders. I would love to know why.」

「The major benefit of the property was its location to all of the major points of interest and the close proximity to the fiserv. The things I did not care for were the noise level inside the room during the night time, the hidden fees and few other minor details. Overall I would recommend staying at a more reasonably priced place and paying extra for a ride downtown. Staff was helpful however.」
