Make memories in this delightful apartment, steps from DC monuments and culinary delights. Walk through picturesque streets and parks to top DC attractions including the U.S. Capitol and the Library of CongressE. Head one block to H Street for cafes, groceries and to catch dinner and a show. Lounge on the back patio, enjoying a curated collection of DC books and games. Easy self-check in, a modern workspace, high-speed internet, luxury linens and spa bathrooms ensure a relaxing stay.

This spacious two-bedroom, one and a half bath, apartment is located in the garden level of a historical Capitol Hill rowhouse.

Tastefully renovated to blend the original architecture with modern amenities, including:

• Open floor plan with living and dining spaces
• SMART TV/Roku remote included
• Chef's kitchen stocked with coffee/tea bar, cooking oil, spices,
• Washer/dryer with detergent
• Lux bedrooms with Casper mattresses, quality linens and mix of sleeping pillows
• 1.5 bathrooms, with main bath located in hallway, between two bedrooms
• Spa toiletries and heated towel rack
• Workspace with standing desk
• Private back patio with lounge furniture, fire table, grill and outdoor games
• Curated memorabilia, books, games and toys on DC, Congress and the White House
• Parking space (2nd available upon request)

There are eight stairs to enter the apartment at the front and a ground level entrance in the back.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the apartment, interior courtyard and back patio.

Guests may enjoy the alley behind the house, which is on Historical DC's walking tour. It features a speakeasy and 10 murals celebrating DC residents and landmarks, perfect for selfies and family pics. Its not uncommon to see a photoshoot or an artist painting in the alley.

Host lives upstairs in a separate unit. Guests may occasionally hear soft sounds, which we promise are not ghosts of this 1880 rowhouse.
