Despite the construction happening by the front entrance, the room was spacious and modern! The hotel is in a very convenient area, walking distance from the train and many restaurants for both breakfast and dinner.
The property was clean. It was under construction in the front and Google has it has permanently closed, but it is opened and operating. I used the gym and it was clean and adequate. It smelled really good in the hall. The room was small and I am 5'2" and was able to touch the bathroom ceiling with a 1.5 inch heel on, so it may be short for tall people, at least the room I was in. I would stay again and recommend. I stayed for 2 nights.
Excellent hotel by all standards. It's located in downtown DC and the staff are very welcoming. The room was extra clean and everything was on point. I really enjoyed my stay and would live there again on my next visit to DC.
Had a lovely time at the hotel and is in a great location. If you are parking there, be aware that there is an additional tax for 18%, making the total 76$ instead of the posted 65$.
Good value for the price point. Hotel room was clean and had a nice bathroom/shower. Only complaint is the construction taking place in the hotel (during the day) and the very old/slow elevator.
So it was my first time getting a hotel without help but they were really kind and easy to communicate with, especially when my train got cancelled and I had to rebook for another stay, they let us stay in our original room which was really sweet! Overall good customer service!
It was a beautiful hotel. Hard to find where to check in because it's under construction. Parking stinks, you can valet prk but it's $65.00 per night. Otherwise it was extremely clean the sites from our 9th floor room were incredible le and all the staff extremely kind! I'd go back everytinme.

The hotel rooms are new and clean but the beds are TERRIBLE! I stayed 6 nights and I can walk. It’s a shame as the hotel rooms themselves look fantastic, staff is really nice but beds are super cheap.
It was a good stay, but the construction made it a little tricky to navigate (which I understand was necessary and I also appreciate the staff for helping navigate it!). Still is my go-to stay when visiting DC because the location is great and easy to get around. Ps - can’t wait to see it when the construction is done.
The property was under much needed renovation during my stay. I've stayed here many times before, though. It has a great location for walkability.

The room was ok. I had a higher expectation for this hotel. It is under construction right now which was not on Expedia when I booked so it was not what I expected when I arrived. There was no conditioner in the bathroom and I asked the front desk 2 separate times for some. I also had to have maintenance come fix the ac because it initially did not work to cool the room. They did get it fixed fast. The location was great for what I was looking for. Walking distances from great restaurants and attractions we were there to see. I might stay again once Hilton takes over and finishes the renovations but not before then
Clean room. Staff not quite accommodating or friendly. No microwave in the rooms which was indeed stressful. Good location; close to everywhere in DC. Air conditioning is perfect and facility is need in the rooms but exterior under renovations. Heating and other stuff works well.

The rooms were updated and very clean. Great location. The lobby was closed due to renovation. The air circulation was poor and it was stinky in that area.
