Regular DC visitor to see family and this is one of the best units in which we’ve stayed. Spacious and bright, comfortable furniture and beds, functional kitchen and huge bathroom. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Overall very comfortable stay, and accurate description of the property. Good local coffee and tea. There were no tissues provided, but that's not a big deal.

Short term

I stayed at this wonderful home for 3 weeks, for a work trip. The apt was exactly as the photos. Clean, the neighborhood was cute and quiet, and a lovely place to stay. Convenient 10-15 min walk to the Red line. The little feet upstairs are loud, but it didn’t disturb me at all. Don’t sleep on this place. Farmer’s Market on Sunday, bars and restaurants literally around the corner. I stayed by myself and had no problems. The management group is very responsive and friendly. Thank you!

Inviting and quiet location in the heart of D.C.

Loved this property. In a great area of Washington D.C.. Very well equipped and extremely clean with comfortable beds. I thought for being in a city center that it was extremely quiet. Friends who live close by were surprised by how quiet it was compared to their own home. We had a lovely dinner there with our friends; it's that inviting.

Perfect weekend stay

Everything we needed for the 3 day weekend we spent in DC. Perfect size for 4 people to stay, hang out, and sleep. Easy to find and central to a lot of really fun restaurants. One thing- I will point out to any venue that does this because it’s something you don’t always have, and that’s easy to reach outlets in the bedrooms! It might seem minor but having an outlet right near the bed to be able to plug in our travel charger docks and extra phone batteries for when we’re out exploring is great and always appreciated! This venue was great and we would absolutely consider staying again!

Immaculate

I have stayed at many but none have surpassed the cleanliness of this place! It was Immaculate! The furniture had steam cleaning marks on it! The size was perfect for two couples and just the right distance from DC. A Walk to the people’s pub was a perfect break. There is plenty of seating but best suggestion is a second loveseat. Would definitely stay again. Host was responsive and the checkin was seamless. Thanks!

Great property

My mother and I enjoyed our stay. Great communication with owners, and everything was as advertised. In the interest of fairness, I will say that if you like sleeping in, this might not be the property for you. I'm sure the family upstairs is great, just know you're going to hear every step they take. They also have a little one who loves to run. Not there fault, nor the owners.

Parking Hassle

The apartment, neighborhood and management were perfect.A solid ten! After we were on the road, we got the check-in info w a link to DC Parking Permits that had to be printed and put on the dashboard. i-95 rest stops do not have printers. Check in is at 4....you will need a parking permit until 8:30. We tried online, but only got a two hour electronic permit. Sat and Sun do not require permits, but Monday AM to Friday at 8:30, the parking hawks are out writing tickets. Hint - When you enter your license plate number into the system, do not put a space or dash.
