This is a new hotel and it has its own unique burst of colors. It was very clean and the staff very friendly. Although the room was a small studio it had everything I needed and the shower was awesome. A perfect location for my event at Georgetown University.

The room was clean, cozy, and had great amenities and features (especially the central control iPad for handling the curtains, lighting, AC, etc.). The staff were very attentive and helpful, and checking in and out was very seamless through the iPad. The location is also pretty convenient given the nearby waterfront park.

Just getting to the hotel is a hassle however once there it is nice and quiet. I was on the 6th floor and we had a beautiful view of the Potomac River. I’d stay again.

Awesome friendly and patient staff!! Everything was perfect!! Rooms were clean and comfortable slept through the night. Compact rooms but then again it’s the perfect size for a couple. Close to the wonderful restaurants and shops in George Town. Bartender was so nice. I will stay again next time I visit beautiful Georgetown.

I travel quite a bit, having stayed in many hotels, this is by far one of my best hotel experiences! Everything was extremely well kept, from the lobby, to the hallways, elevator, and rooms. Each room is provided with an iPad that controls your room temp, the tv, all lights, and more which gave such a unique and futuristic experience. The staff were amazing! They absolutely seem to enjoy their job which is felt throughout your stay at the hotel. Absolutely coming back as soon as I can.

The property is in a great neighborhood. The cafe and bar in the lobby are so convenient! It’s is clean and comfortable. The rooms are small (in a cozy way) but it was just me traveling for work so it was perfect. So is the price! My only suggestion is brighter lights in the ironing room. This might be my new go to for my monthly DC trips!

The staff was super helpful and friendly when checking in. Room was clean and modern. Blinds, temp and television all controlled with an IPad. Lots of onsite amenities, food, bar and lounge. Only issue was lack of available parking. Lots of construction nearby, no parking garage for patrons. Was told I had to pay for parking down on the street or in a parking garage down the road. So if you’re using ride-share, it’s a non-issue. Since I was a rental, I spent my nights worried of a break-in or towing of my vehicle.

The location of the property is incredible considering its price, also the staff is very helpful and friendly in general. However I had some issues with my check inn the second day, they told me I canceled my stay even though I payed the day before and my stuff was inside the room. It is a “tech-oriented” place which I assume is the reason behind most of their problems, the cleaning service got canceled as well even though I did not do it. Overall the staff helped me with what they could, but I would just recommend this place for its location. P.S. if you’re staying with someone else heads up to the privacy inside the room because the bathroom wall is glass and there is not proper separation between it and the bed (not my favorite aspect as well).

The location is ideal for exploring/walking in Georgetown. Bus service is the only public transportation available. The Metro Rail is available but not within walking distance. The room was small but the accomodations were excellent for my short two-day stay. I did have to figureout the high-tech electronics (Apple ipad) to control EVERYTHING! As a first time guest it would have been helpful to have a printed how-to info card for reference or more details from the staff when registering. Overall, I give it high ratings for quality and service during my stay. Post checkout issues: After leaving quickly to catch my flight, I realized I had left an important folder behind. It was impossible to make direct voice contact with hotel staff to have the forgotten item located and shipped to me. I think their AI phone system has a glitch and the recent opening of this property my be the issue. It has only been two days since check- out and still voice or written communication has happened. Very frustrating!

We came to move our daughter in to Georgetown, this hotel was walking distance to campus and downtown Georgetown, which was nice because I didn’t want to drive in DC. Super affordable and easy to check in etc… The staff is wonderful and the property is very interesting. Smaller rooms but plenty of space for sleeping. Comfortable bed and good coffee in the morning. Thank you.

Amazing stay. Amazing ambience in the hotel. I like the touch of the iPad controlling everything. Though the iPad froze a few times, it was as simple as hitting the lock button and then unlocking it, and it was fixed. Be able to set the light colors and dim the lights and set a “mood” on the tv, all through the iPad, made for quite a night. Definitely get the breakfast that comes with the room, nice way to replenish from the night before. Some good options. Highly recommend. Will absolutely be staying here again.
