Great Stay! Check in process needs WORK!

The address on this property is incorrect online then once you receive your check in information it is only for one of the addresses and you are unable to find the other house and get the door code for the second house. Then you try to call the number to figure things out and they won’t answer because they close and stop answer phones after 4pm but check in is at 4pm. I feel like customer service could be improved greatly.
