The house was a newer home and very clean and had all the extra amenities one could ask for. It was easy to check in and out and was close to some restaurants and a Walmart. It was all you could ask for in an Vrbo!

Beautiful home stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Located 30 min from ZION Park and minutes from St. George. Neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Would stay here again!

Beautiful, clean and great location.

We loved this property, it was so clean, the house layout was perfect. The kitchen utensils and appliances were very nice. All bedding and rooms were very clean. We will definitely be back.

UTV Takeover

We stayed here for UTV Takeover in Sand Hollow. The trailer parking with the RV pad as well as the trailer parking up the street in the subdivision is really convenient. The house is close to sand hollow, but was far enough to get away from the crowd when needed!

Family Vacation

This property was excellent!!! Enjoyed every moment while here. We spent a day in the desert on ATVs and so when we came home, we needed hot showers and a comfortable setting to relax and this property fit the bill perfectly!! Bedrooms are nicely decorated and laid out.....very soft mattresses and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked for full course meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Also the location is perfect.....close to grocery stores...Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, and lakes. Best house you could rent for what you get in return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our rental. Everything was beautiful and well stocked. The house was very roomy for all of us and more than comfortable. We needed a place for Thanksgiving weekend and this worked perfectly.

Nice, comfortable house

Very clean and homey place. Spacious & loved the tall doors & high ceilings. Lots of storage space. Loved the recliners and all the ceiling fans. Enjoyed there were two family rooms so the older adults didn't have to be with the younger ones. (Honestly, you know it's the other way around.) Cute patio with a nice view of moon rise and sunrise. Super easy to get to the house. Since it was on the "busy" street, I worried about hearing vehicles while sleeping, but it wasn't an issue at all. Coffee pot was wonky, but still brewed up a good cup. (I think the handle is loose, but it's not like anyone would know unless they brewed a pot.) We were only their briefly so didn't really explore all the amenities or even look at the pool.
