Enjoy this brand new stunning private free-standing luxury two-bedroom en suite with an office home. This home was custom built and is located in a quiet culdesac This home will not disappoint. Also featuring outdoor seating, a fenced backyard, and a fire pit. This spacious 2500 square foot home features two king suites with an additional office. Each king suite features a flat screen tv. Also, enjoy the large living room with a beautiful gas fireplace, two couches, and a flat-screen tv. This is the perfect home to entertain with family and friends. Also featuring a gourmet kitchen with a dining area that seats 8 and additional guests at the bar. This kitchen is loaded with everything you will need to enjoy time with family and friends!

This beautiful Southern Utah Vacation Home is located near all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park is only 5 minutes, and downtown St. George is only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M., Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining, and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience. Looking for Adventure? Beautiful stay in Washington UT. Hot tub was clean, outdoor fireplace worked great, Upgrade appliances which was a huge plus. There was bottled water upon arrival, coffee and all the kitchen amenities that you could need. Love the gated community too. Will definitely stay here again!

College Tour

We rent the house to visit SUU and their football program and also do some bass fishing at Sand Hollow. It was perfect for us and what we needed to accomplish. I highly recommend this place. We didn’t get to check out the pool. It was a quick trip. Super clean and very comfortable. Thanks!
