The staff were great particularly the front deck. Richard who works in the breakfast area on the 3rd floor is amazing. We remember him from previous stays. He is unfailingly courteous kind and always looking to help his clients. Richard goes above and beyond his duties to be helpful. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful but didnt use the laundry room because I carried a plastic bag to put my dirty washing in it and the breakfast was spot on.

Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent stay- staff was very friendly. Toilet handle in our room had a slight issue and would like to have had a stiffer pillow option. All in all, we enjoyed the stay very much and would recommend to anyone.
