「The first room we got was filthy dirty. It had about 6 inches of dust on the furniture and the bathroom toilet had pubic hairs and dried urine all over it. It also had an unpleasnt odor. We asked for another room and it was much better. Even that room has a lot of dust and there was toenails on the floor. I will say that the staff was very helpful in getting us in to the second room. 「We got in at 11pm at night and was not expecting a motel style stay. The person checking us in was pleasant at the beginning but then quickly made a rude remark to my son. He is 4 and exhausted from being in holiday world all afternoon and didnt say hello. The man then made a comment of, "oh, he's never seen a foreigner before." 「We at the last minute Booked this Hotel and when you walked in it Smells Wonderful! The Room was very clean, yes normal wear and tear but the bed sheets was clean and the beds was very comfortable! We all got a good nights sleep!! The air works very well as well, we like sleeping in a cold room! Very happy with our stay we will definitely be using them again!!」
