「The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean.
The exterior of building was not as well maintained as it could be.
The location was very convenient to the town of Rockland which is what we wanted. And the town of Rockland’s Lobster Festival was outstanding!」

「The hotel was across the street from the annual lobster fest venue. We had a superb view of the harbor from our balcony. The elevator was fast and convenient. The gift shop and lobby were very nice and the breakfast options ( for a cost) was tasty and well priced.
But … The bathroom had a crack in the tub right where you stand. And the sink had one as well. The AC was LOUD and sounded like it was ready to die.The mattresses were old but no too bad if you slept single. THE VIEW AND LOCATION WAS...
