Welcome to our spacious 4,100+ sq ft vacation home, perfect for any group of friends or family! The open floor plan features 5 private-suites and 2 bunk rooms, each with its own private bathroom, making it ideal for groups of 7 to 30+ people.

The suites are tastefully decorated and equipped with all the comforts of home, and 2 of them are bunk rooms to accommodate even more guest. You'll wake up each morning to breathtaking views of Southern Utah from your room.

Step out to the patio overlooking the 8th hole of the Coral Canyon Golf Course and take in the picturesque scenery. Or, head up to the rooftop patio for 360-degree views of the surrounding area.

Fantastic Property for a golf getaway!
We recently stayed at this property for our golf trip and it was fantastic! As a group of eight, finding a place that accommodates all of us comfortably can be a challenge, but this property hit the mark perfectly. From the get-go, the cleanliness of the place stood out. It was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. The location of the property was a major win for us. It was conveniently situated with easy access to all the local golf courses, which was our main activity. The scenic views added a nice touch to our mornings and evenings, making our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities provided were top-notch. The property had everything we could possibly need and more, ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. From the well-equipped kitchen to the generous living areas, bed/bath, and the outdoor spaces, everything was designed to enhance our experience. A special shout-out goes to our host Tyler, easy to reach and checked on us throughout the trip... he even brought in our Instacart groceries while we were out on the course, which was a thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this property to anyone, especially a group looking to enjoy some golf in Utah. It’s a perfect blend of location, comfort, and superb hosting.

Looks just like the pictures!
Our group had such a wonderful stay. The views from the backyard and rooftop deck are breathtaking. Be sure to plan for a sunrise or sunset from rooftop. Tyler was quick to respond and answer any questions.

Best Vacation House to Beat the Heat
We loved the layout of this beautiful house in that it could accommodate all of us. Everything has been anticipated. We didnt need anything and we were so comfortable. There were so many things to do from the pool with toys, pool table, foosball snd more. So well thought out. Thank you so much in helping to bring our large family together and yet have privacy.

Perfect family trip
This house was perfect for our family trip! Each couple had their own bedroom/bathroom and all the kids shared the bunk rooms. There was so much to do at the house with the games and the pool that we had a hard time convincing kids to leave the house for the lake! The manager was amazing and super easy to communicate with. Everyone loved the house and we would happily come back!

Great for a Retreat
We stayed for a women's retreat with 20 people. We all slept comfortably and the space was perfect to set up tables and do workshops. It was clean and very well kept. I had a bunch of questions for the host and he was very quick to respond and made accommodations easily. Even allowing us to drop stuff off before check in time. Will definitely stay there again!
