Rand House in WashMO - close to Purina & winery shuttle

Soak in the charm of this cozy brick charmer in downtown WashMO! The home is ready for you to unwind and relax. The Rand House has been completely updated to make you feel right at home. Relax in the living room which includes a smart tv equipped with cable, netflix, hulu, etc. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook a meal. You can enjoy it in the dining room or at the outdoor patio table. The master bedroom is on the main floor and includes a new queen bed as well as a trundle day bed that can be pulled out to include two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with tub & shower on the main floor. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, each with comfy queen beds. The upstairs bathroom has been completely remodeled with tile shower & new vanity. Out back there is a fully fenced back yard - perfect for games, pets, grilling, or just hanging out! The home is on a quiet street, just a few minutes from the riverfront, walking distance to all downtown shops & restaurants, and a quick drive or shuttle trip to Augusta wine country. Bring your family & friends and enjoy beautiful Washington at the Rand house!

Great stay for dog show

My friend and I stayed here for the ESSFTA National and it was great. I wish I was around more to enjoy the charming home (: yard was secure, home was clean and comfy. Plenty of room. Street or alley parking but that was fine for us. Would stay there again!

Cozy home away from home!

We loved our stay at the Rand house. It was so cozy and just like the pictures. It was clean and the decor was all so cute! Our only complaints were wishing we were shorter because of those low ceiling stairs and possibly putting some kind of slip resistant mat in the shower. Overall, it was a wonderful home and we will definitely stay here again when we visit family in this area.

Cute home-away-from home!

Very charming home in an established neighborhood where people took pride in their homes. Decorations galore for Halloween in the neighborhood too! The place was very clean and stocked with essentials. I believe we were the first guests to stay! Very close driving distance to the riverfront, and of course the wineries are not too far either. Highly recommend 514 Chop House and Oak & Front Wine Bar, both on Front Street Being this is a new listing, may we suggest some minor accommodations for future guests: mirrors in the bedrooms, a chair in the upstairs bedroom (like across the hall bedroom) to complement the shelf/desk, maybe two folding luggage racks for overnight bags in each bedroom, moving the smoke alarm to outside the bathroom upstairs, and larger stockpot and frying pan to accommodate more than two servings. But seriously, if these are our only "complaints," y'all are doing something right! Thank you for a lovely stay!!
