Brand new Condo across from heated pool, close to great golf and nations parks!Special Rates for October and November! This is a beautiful time in St. George and still a great time to visit the parks, Tuachan Theater, golf and other out door activities.

1,870 square feet, one level St. George, Utah Vacation home in the beautiful Coral Ridge Community. Includes 3 bedrooms/2 baths, an open family room/dining room area, and well-equipped gourmet kitchen. Sleeps 8-10. 2 car garage.

Located is just 32 miles from Zion National Park! an open family room and dining room area, well-equipped gourmet kitchen

Amenities: Laundry room with full capacity washer and dryer, BBQ grill, outdoor patio furniture, hiking poles, and fishing poles.

Master Bedroom Suite: King bed, flat screen TV, bathroom suite with walk-in shower, large soaking tub and double sinks, opens up to the back patio.
Second Bedroom: Queen bed and flat screen TV.
Third bedroom: A twin bunk bed and a queen bed

Great location

We’ve stayed in this community before and it’s a great location away from the crowds of St. George. Checking in was a problem because the wrong code was sent to us, but it was easily resolved. The duplex overall was a great size with the amenities we needed. A little disappointed that there was no cable, only Roku. A few blinds are broken, shower curtain doesn’t work well in the main bathroom, stained carpet. Just small things that aren’t a deal breaker that could be fixed or cleaned. Grateful for a place to make memories with our family.

St. George Stay!

We loved the property- it was farther North than we wanted, but we enjoyed our stay there! Other than paper, feathers and someone's underwear under the beds, the place was clean. But, knowing that the beds don't get cleaned under, was disturbing since we pay a cleaning fee. We also believe someone should check the stove- the front two knobs were sketchy and being gas and all, it was a bit worrisome. We were afraid that we could cause a fire of some kind. We weren't sure if the dishes in the dishwasher were clean or not and if should we put them away?? We just kept our dishes washed up and put away. It was great to have a nice place to come home to each night and we did love the pool and hot tub! Thanks, we had a fun visit in St. George and hope to do it again in the future!!

Quiet and lots of parking

We have stayed in many properties in this complex. This one was one of the smaller ones but for 5 of us it was spacious. There is tons of parking and right next to the pools. Not fancy but the beds and furniture were comfortable. I would rather have a comfortable bed and couch than one that just looks good. Over all a nice place to stay.

Melanie was awesome always responding promptly. House was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. I look forward to renting from Melanie every time we go to Utah. This property is definitely a must rent.

Too Easy to Pass Up

It was very convenient and easy staying at this location. No hassle with check-in and easy checkout in stripping beds and taking out the garbage. It was great location between Zions and St. George. Note the master bedroom runs hotter than other rooms.

Nice clean rental home

We had a good time and the home met our needs very well. The knit down sides were the master bedroom being located right outside a loud and busy road and the master bed was not very comfortable. Other than that the home was nice, clean, and nice amenities.

Spring Break Extravaganza!!!!

My family and have had a perfect week. This Washington Utah home just five minutes from St. George Utah was the perfect home base for our week long escape of winter. The two pools and two hot tubs even in a busy spring break season provided hours of family fun. We played 18 holes of golf just about everyday while we were here as the home is centrally looked to the countless affordable golf courses in the area. The home owners were responsive and attentive with information, mostly anticipating our every need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cups, plates, you name it. Perfect location near pool. We will be staying here again!!!! This is a must use home! Thank you for helping my family have a great week!

The property was described accurately and was clean

The location is great, close to activities as well as shopping for groceries etc. Theres plenty of room in the house for multiple occupants and there’s plenty of linens & towels. The owner is very responsive as I had questions when we arrived about parking as we were pulling a trailer. My experience was very pleasant and I’d definitely return to this property in the future.

Fantastic Home

We really enjoyed staying at this location. We loved being across from the pool even though it got a little noisy at night. The owners were quick to respond to our issues, one being the master bathtub hot water tap did not work. There were plenty of linens and towels for all 6 of us. I loved that my three kids could all be in the same room together. Overall we loved this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
