You will be able to use The Clarendon Metro Station. (0.3 miles away)

We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.
For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. We kindly ask that you complete this process before your arrival. Please note that if the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, we will unfortunately need to cancel your reservation
🌞 Pool Access is Exclusively for Registered Guests — no outside visitors allowed, ensuring a relaxing and secure environment for everyone. 💦
The pool is open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, perfect for cooling off or lounging in the sun. ☀️ Don’t forget to bring your FOB key for entry — it’s required to access the amenity.
We do not provide bath towels.
Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.
