I pre registered my rooms moths in advance to have rooms at least on the same floor. I showed up they had a room on the 2nd floor and a room in the 5th floor. If you want quality service and a quality stay, this IS NOT the space for you”

“Really great for a simple, one night, one traveller stay. Clean, good temperature controls, quiet, good parking, adequate breakfast. All in all peaceful.”

The breakfast was also great, with a few rotating selections of eggs during the week/weekends, and the lobby coffee area is awesome and very much appreciated (they have regular coffee, decaf, and hot water with tea). Will definitely be booking here again the next time I’m in Rochester!”

“Very affordable, pet friendly without making you broke with fees, clean pool and convenient location. The old-school key cards kept failing and we were locked out a lot, but we made it work. Very basic continental breakfast, but the price is right!”

“Great property for a couple days stay, if one is visiting the Mayo Clinics. Nice size rooms. Get one with an even number to decrease highway noise. Breakfast was decent. I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark. With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics!”

“Stayed one night and regretted it. The room was in poor condition from the moment we walked in, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. The bathtub was dirty and failed to drain properly, making it you stand in dirty bath/shower water. It felt like a cosmetic refresh had been done to mask deeper neglect rather than actually addressing the problems. The pool situation was somehow worse. It was packed well beyond what felt safe or comfortable, and there were children running unsupervised……
