“The Little Red House was much larger than what I was expecting. It was well stocked with everything needed. The location was excellent, not remote, and close to major roads Very satisfied with stay .”

“The location is nice, but not worth the high price, the space is too small for cooking a meal and there is not table to sit, so it’s a glorified hotel sweet. They will be watching and if you have one extra person to visit you will receive a threat of getting removed from the property. I live in Chicago and come back to the area to spend time with my nieces and nephews, it was a bummer I had to drop one off just to be able to spend time with there others. “Easy to find and check in. The apartment was historic, and the art was beautiful. I appreciated the communication prior to check in, and the written instructions and local tips in the host's guide book. Downtown was a quick 8 minute walk and very safe for female traveling alone. “This is a wonderful place. It is a cozy but towering space. The loft has what feels like a secret cave into an even cozier space. There is a huge back deck overlooking a wonderful yard. Although this is a private apartment space in a large house holding multiple spaces, it felt like we were all alone. We loved it. Communication was friendly and simple. The hosts were very accomodating. We can't wait to come back :)”

“Convenient location, plenty of space for our group of 8.”

“My stay at the Artist's Sweet Spot was excellent! Customer service from the hosts & owner was prompt. They got back to me quickly on all of my questions. Accessing the property was seamless too. I highly recommend this property!”

“Stayed here for a Hawkeye Football weekend - it was perfect!”
