“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”

“For the price, this was an amazing stay for my 6-person family! We booked the 2-room suite with the kitchenette. Making our food in-room (and burgers on the patio grill) saved us so much money! The pool, mini-golf, and proximity to downtown are great. There were some broken things (blinds, door stopper, burner on stove), and the parking garage didn't fit our Suburban with bike rack on back, so that was a pain, but staff was nice to help with that.”

“Our family booked this two-bedroom room. The space is large and clean. I like the fireplace and flooring. It has a kitchen for dining and is more convenient for taking care of the children. It is close to the lake and is a perfect choice in summer! Worth coming back”

“Lovely stay with some friends with a gorgeous view. However I will say the deck railing should be mentioned if you are bringing a toddler. It’s quite wide and my little guy could easily fit through it which made it hard to enjoy the outside space. Great location!”

“The place is alright, looks a little old but okay. There are mice! And one of chair broke when my family member sat on it, which he had scratches from the fall.”

“Stayed with my 3 year old and 1 year old along with another family and their 1 year old. Location is great. Easy check in and check out. Great communication.”

“The location of this condo is great, but there are many things that need to be addressed. Cleanliness, updating and maintenance of listed amenities should be corrected. There were real issues with the lock box AND door locks. Both made it very difficult to enter the rental, delaying us. The lock box and both door locks should be replaced ASAP. The place seemed clean initially, but quickly noticed many things that need to be cleaned better. The baseboards are really dirty, there is calcification……

“It was clean but needed an area for food storage. A cabinet in the dining room would be great for food!! The hot rub didn't work, which was irritating, as it was not working prior to our arrival. There was no wood in the woods storage area. We got our own, but would have been nice. The parking was ample for our 2 vehicles. It was easy to get around, area was quiet. I would recommend to others for a reasonable get away!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here! Property had so many great options and features. The pictures don't do it justice the views were amazing! House was well stocked with everything we needed (towels, utensils, blankets etc.) We look forward to stating here again in the future!”

“Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Beds were comfy. It took a little while for us to get the hot water in the shower going early this morning. Nice ammenities.”

“There is too much smoke on the first floor, it is very easy to get lost from the lobby to the parking lot, there is no obvious sign, the elevator button does not work well, at 2:45 in the morning, another customer's dog scratched the door, and called the customer service to complain, she actually told me "ok" and then hung up the phone, and waited for 20 minutes without security to deal with the problem, and then called again to complain. …Will never try here anymore！”
