“Great location, quiet setting, comfortable and cozy, nicely decorated space, with a good spot to sit outdoors and grill up some dinner, It all looks very new. The few logistical questions we had were quickly answered. Charming spot for two--we hope to go back.”

“Beautiful Gingerbread House, Lovingly managed, it’s quite simple accommodation but it’s clean and in a great location. We will return! Cool drinks available in the entrance, kind staff, relaxed and easy going feel. Perfect place to chill out. The view over the sea is great too. Lovely front terrace. Thank you for being so welcoming! We stayed in July 2023. ”

“This room is misleading and the upkeep was shaby. There is not room for 4 people and 2 dogs in this room, it is two full sized beds and small. The screen door was busted out and never repaired and there were electrical issues. Vacasa nor VRBO nor Expedia were of any help. i would not recommend this to anyone, even if desperate.”

“Great location on water by ferry and bus. Useful small kitchens. Shared deck. Walls thin. Could use blackout curtains. Helpful staff. Rocco’s pizza and Black Dog Tavern close and good! Be aware VH does not sell booze in town except in bars and restaurant. Must go to other towns to purchase. Great trip!”

“In the room/unit, the living, dining, kitchen, and sleeping areas were spacious and well furnished. The bathrooms were very cramped, with no shelves to place toiletries near the sink, nor hooks to hang anything. The shower was spacious enough, and the shower pressure was great, but the toilet seat was the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on in a hotel. While the Sunday morning check-out staff person was notably friendly, the Friday afternoon check-in staff people were the opposite. The……
