Wat Banan Temple

Beautiful location and good property for YOUNG, ATHLETIC folks able to navigate the hills and distances between venues. Not so good for those with disabilities or just tired old knees, hips and hearts! Doors very heavy and w/o automated openers, shower floors very slippery, only two USB outlets in room, and NONE in bathroom. No easy way to get from Parking Lot to Lobby, and no cart or van STAFF TO ASSIST! Property is lovely, but I stayed an extra three nights to enjoy the resort. It was a waste for me! I will not return. Be assured, I had NO IDEA what I was heading into! Also, entire facility was far too cold…my room, the lobby, the corridors, the bar, nd the meeting and dining rooms. Food was delicious and appetizing, but cold before I could eat it.

Amazing hotel and staff. My only critique is the mattress was very hard.

Our original flight got canceled so it was up in the air on when we would arrive (late night or next day). Fortunately, we were able to get to New York even earlier than originally scheduled which was well before check-in. Jasmine at the front desk was such a gem, she granted us early check-in with no extra cost. That type of customer service is very much appreciated.
