“Studio was perfect and grounds of property were breaking. Would definitely stay there again. Got to enjoy Montauk and have a beautiful place to stay.”

“This VRBO was very Comfortable. Old Rustic House thats Been Upgraded with Modern Accomodations. We felt Very Relaxed here. We cooked Dinner /Breakfast . and enjoyed some Livation. Sitting area outside was perfect. . and we slept well.. . The only thing we were surprised about was the On Street Parking for unloading. And the Stairs at the Entrance.. Not Handicap Accesibble. But, in the end.. We were very happy. And will stay again. No Problem”

“We just returned and loved our time at the villa! We chose to stay here for 2 nights of concerts at Mohegan sun and could not have been happier! The property is clean, comfortable and has everythign you could need. The snacks and water were a welcomed treat! Taylor was so accomodating and we hope to return one day!”

“The house was perfect! Its location was perfect to take a walk into downtown Mystic. Close to restaurants and shopping. A short drive to Old Mystic Village. The house itself was clean and had all you needed. The host were easy to contact, helpful and welcoming! Cannot wait to return!”

“Spotless! Incredibly well equipped with absolutely everything for the kitchen,dining,bathroom and otherwise. Gorgeous finishes and layout, bedding was so comfy I’m buying the same for my house! Ed was so quick and easy to communicate with and very accommodating with answers to questions ( though we didn’t need anything bc it’s so well stocked.) loved sitting on the front porch in the evenings, great place to walk/run and the BEST part is there are 2 easy beach access points around 50 yds away!……

“We were in the area for a visit to local college, and we splurged on an overnight. So glad we did! Spotlessly clean, beautifully restored historical property right in the heart of a neighborhood and in walking distance to downtown. Comfortable beds, art supplies, games, and a well-appointed kitchen. Our daughter didn’t choose the college, but we will be back just to stay here again! Thank you for a truly special property.”

“Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat!”

“Not only is the cottage cute and clean, the location is perfect! We were so close to everything in Mystic! Our two young boys were even able to scooter (while we walked) to the downtown area of shops and restaurants. We loved the quiet side street and the bit of water view from the property. We will definitely stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful week and enjoyed being in this beautiful manor immensely. We strolled the grounds and caught gorgeous sunsets. The shuttle into downtown Montauk (5 mins away) allowed us to untether from our car and parking worries, and to spend time at the ocean and wandering the quaint downtown. It was the perfect spot and we would go back again.”

“Dorothy’s place is very sweet and comfortable and exactly as advertised. It was a good home away from and we could easily get to all the lovely and interesting things in the area. I enjoyed sitting in the back yard as well as in the lovely apartment. I recommend it.”

“A traditional family lake cottage. Peaceful, quiet, and rented with love. Everything from the thoughtful little notes in the home to the paintings on the wall makes you feel cozy and welcomed. Everything you could need or want is provided. The hot tub under the stars, on the water is really the icing on the cake.”

“House was as advertised!! Beautiful house and location. Enough room for all. House had everything you could need. Location right down block from entrance to the private beach where fires are allowed. We have been coming to Montauk in late september for 8 years now and this house was by far the best one! “This was such a cute place. We visited in spring where everything is just start to bloom the yard was fenced in so great for dogs, with a cute play place for kids. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We walked several of the streets and meet a few friendly neighbors. The host was fantastic checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, Air with lots of windows and light. We spent time playing board games and reconnect. Definitely would come the area again and……

“We went to Foxwoods for a concert and the rooms there were ridiculously priced. I ended finding this little gem on VRBO. Would highly recommend, especially for families. Kids had a blast”

“Soundproofing is not good, good service”

“I stayed at the hotel for 4 days, Lisa at the front desk was great, upon check in I was told breakfast was served until 10am, however when I went to breakfast the next morning at 9am the food was basically gone, asked the restaurant staff and was told there was no more food, I checked my watch again and yes it was 9am!”

“Very nice, clean and quiet. Good restaurant and bar open late. The elevators were clunky and noisy and did give you a clenched butt hole feel when you pushed the button!! The staff were excellent and helpful!!”
