「Communication was best with using the phone and not text. Aside from that - we loved the location of the unit! Walked in to a fresh & clean smelling condo. That was cooled with one of the best AC units we have ever encountered at a beach! Not loud & worked perfect! Be aware that this location is where all the weddings and people wanting to take pictures is. Literally! We would sit outside and a photographer and families would be out there. The place was quiet, the rooms were very clean, and everything you’d need for a relaxing vacation was thoughtfully provided—beach chairs, snorkel masks, floating foam mats, and more. The kitchen was fully stocked with seasonings, tea, and coffee, which was a nice surprise even though we brought our own.Check-in was easy—our host provided clear lockbox instructions, and we didn’t need to contact them at all during our stay. 「The description was exactly as listed. The view was magnificent, and the property was clean and quiet. The location could not be beat - close close to the Cruz Bay attractions. The only downside was the elevator was out of order, which made it difficult to get luggage up and down. But I highly recommend this property.」

The only complaint, which is beyond the owners control was the sargassum in the ocean out front and the dumpster behind. 「First time visiting St. Thomas and I don’t think we could’ve picked a better place to stay! Kathleen‘s place had everything we needed. Very nicely appointed. It was great to walk right out to the beach. Having the snorkeling equipment, beach chairs & backpack cooler was very helpful. We used them every day. Kathleen provided very useful info and was quick to respond to any inquiries. We will be hard pressed to stay anywhere else now!」

「The condo is very clean and has a gorgeous view. Even with the Sargassum this time of year, we still loved this location. So many working hard to keep the beach clean and it’s much appreciated. We enjoyed the full moon party and love being able to just walk to get breakfast at beach buzz or Sudis. We spent each day just hopping from beach to beach and snorkeling. We loved Coki the best for snorkeling (the rocky area to the right.) we loved Magens and Brewers the best for just chilling…also saw...

Owner provides all the amenities such as beach towels, snorkeling gear, cooler, floats, and the usuals. Resort has restaurants and bar on site as well as boutique and small store. Owner great in communicating with renters. Rent this place! You won’t regret it. 」
