"The Yellow Bird Cabin was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway. When we arrived, we were greeted with a lovely note and thoughtful surprise from Ellie to celebrate our anniversary! We felt genuinely welcomed, and it was clear that a special effort had been made to include our dogs. The property was ideal for them to run and explore—it’s clear that dogs aren’t just allowed here, they’re truly celebrated. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and spending time on the deck, watching the birds and taking in the beautiful mountain views. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and everything we needed was right at hand. We can’t wait to come back!"

"Absolute best NC Mountain view. Well stocked kitchen with essentials and quality pots and pans. MBR mattress was fabulous, lots of light everything clean and well thought out. "We absolutely loved the views. The sunsets were incredible. The hosts were very helpful and Jack replied right away to our request for help with the television sound issue we had. We enjoyed playing air hockey and board games downstairs in the evening and getting some fresh mountain air for a couple days. Driving up and down the steep hill to the cabin was definitely a new experience, but we didn’t have any trouble in our rental car."

My children described it as a magical home on every floor—something truly special and different.The home was spotless, and everything we needed—trash bags, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper, clean towels, and bedding—was provided to ensure our stay was comfortable.
