This was a great place to stay at, it made our vacation all the more memorable. The room was very clean, which was a big factor for us as we had a toddler. Kitchen was functional, we didn’t use it much, but it had all the necessities. Overall highly recommend!

Clean family friendly environment. Great layout of floor. Heat was comfortable. One suggestion: provide extra lighting for staircase that leads to cottage 11.

Clean and unique place. We only saw the smallest accommodation open on their website but while staying didn’t see many cars so if you want a larger room I might reach out to them directly. Otherwise it was a great stay!

We loved the quiet, peaceful location. The cottage was clean and welcoming, and located close to everything we wanted to visit in Niantic. It was also a short drive to Mystic. We would definitely recommend this lovely spot to other travelers.

Loved the decor !! Well appointed and beautifully decorated. Great ambiance! The cottage itself looked small from the outside but the feel inside was spacious as was the bedroom. Loved it. So many great restaurants and we enjoyed free beach pass so much Would stay again. Thank you 😊

The cottage was clean, spacious, well decorated and very comfortable. The location was FANTASTIC! The structure itself needs A LOT of work. There was an enormous bees nest in the siding by the front door, the windows are old, many cannot be opened and or closed/locked and have missing screens or screens with large tears in them (worst part is you can’t open the windows to enjoy the salty air and perfect temperatures!), many of the deck board and areas of the front porch are rotten. I would 100% recommend staying here but the structure itself needs a lot of work!

Seamless stay. Personalized hand written welcome note on arrival was a warm touch. Notably clean, bright and new interior. I had a question prior to my arrival regarding coffee supplies within the cottage. I received a quick and complete response. Great stay, I would stay again.
