We loved the quiet, peaceful location. The cottage was clean and welcoming, and located close to everything we wanted to visit in Niantic. It was also a short drive to Mystic. We would definitely recommend this lovely spot to other travelers.

We didn’t know what to expect but this property exceeded our expectations! I was small and quaint but had everything we needed! So clean and welcoming, the colors of the cottage we so clean and calming. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back one day.

Seamless stay. Personalized hand written welcome note on arrival was a warm touch. Notably clean, bright and new interior. I had a question prior to my arrival regarding coffee supplies within the cottage. I received a quick and complete response. Great stay, I would stay again.

Beautiful tiny cottage with great vibes. Thanks so much for the beach pass! Beach and most other amenities are driving not walking distance, but with a vehicle it's easy, and we wanted for nothing. The property is lovely too, with outdoor seating, swings, gardens, etc. And the bed was really comfy.

Recently remodeled room. Very nice and clean. Greate location. You are staying in your own small cottage, only issue is that in the unit we stayed in is when the sun sets and hits the single pane windows, the place gets VERY HOT in the summer. AC had a hard time keeping the unit cold.

This cottage was clean, the kitchen have everything needed except a wine opener. The grounds were great. We had our own space as I rented the two bedroom cottage. It was so nice sitting on the front porch to get fresh air and just to overall relax. My daughter and I swing on the swings which took her back to her childhood. My son pointed out the bunny rabbit. Having access to the beach was just fantastic. Close to the water, restaurants and the town. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet, peaceful, beautiful location. Lovely landscaping, good view, very comfortable, clean cottages. Beds were great, shower was awesome, kitchen was functional, parking adequate, fridge was spacious and the gas stove worked well. Check in and check out was super easy; staff responded to messages in a reasonable time. The game room was fun and there was a microwave in there, although I would prefer that each cottage had it's own microwave. Excellent value, convenient to stores, restaurants, waterfront, etc. I hope to visit again!

We loved it! We cooked breakfast both mornings as the unit has a full kitchen with all utensils. Enjoyed the small table and chairs outside on the porch too. We will definitely consider these cottages for future use.
