“We checked-in late at 9pm on New Year Eve. The staff was nice and friendly, yet he can’t retrieve my room booking details which I have placed order and fully paid in mid November. He explained clearly that Hotels.com booked my room through other agencies so the data was failed to drop into the hotel system.
