Waterfront tiny home with hot tub (Pet friendly, near beaches)

Welcome to Maggie’s tiny home! This cute little cottage is located in the small town of Richibucto-Village, which is approximately 10 minutes to Rexton and Richibucto, and 5 minutes to the fabulous sandy Cap Lumiere Beach.

A short drive in a dirt road will lead you to our very private 448 square foot year round cottage, that we like to described as a more “realistic” tiny house. In the open concept area, you will find a kitchen table, sectional and full-sized appliances, with large picture windows to enjoy the amazing water views. Walk up to the bedroom to find a queen size bed, that is connected to a 4 piece master ensuite bathroom.

-Puzzles and games
-Vinyl Record player with older records
-Dresser for longer stays
-Wifi
-Keurig machine, Kettle, Microwave and toaster
Step outdoors and you’ll see a very large deck with patio furniture and a BBQ (May-October). There is also a fire pit and a gazebo to hide from the mosquitoes during that time of the year (there can be a heavy presence during the summer months). Last but not least, don’t forget to relax in the hot tub while gazing at the stars!

All of this is located on a 5 acre private waterfront property. The waterway is a branch of the Bedec Bay, which is connected to the Richibucto River. The 300 ft private shoreline has some sand but turns muddier in deeper waters. The shallow waters make it ideal for kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. Feel free to bring your own to use at your own risk.
