「Overall, not bad for the price. Nice staff. The property had some good upgrades but likely needs some more work. The room was clean enough for what we needed, but it did have pet hair on the comforter, which could have just been from someone cleaning the room who owned a pet. The bed was firm, but decent. 「Easy to find and well located between Cedar Falls and Waterloo. Check in and checkout were very smooth. Unit was clean and well laid out for a family of four. Kitchen does not have extensive supplies but worked fine for basic breakfasts and snacks. TV and wifi worked without issue. Washer and dryer also worked well. Host was responsive when asked a question via text. We’d stay here again! 」

「The house is old, but seemed clean enough. The stairs to the 2nd level were very narrow and steep. Annoying if you have small children. The twin bed listed in one room wasn’t an actual bed, but a roll-away bed. 」

「The instructions for access were not shared until the morning of check in and even then I had to email to get them. I also made a request for a later check out and never did hear from the host so left at the 10:00 check out time. The townhome was very nice. I appreciated the coffee provided,the spaciousness , and the amount of parking that was available. 」
