Everything was dirty, broken or worn out. No one cleaned the breakfast area in the 2 days we were there. TV channels made no sense, numbers on the guide never matched the actual station, HVAC unit never stopped or started on the set temperatures. Ice machine broken, holes in the wall, broken towel racks, etc. This place needs a lot of work before I visit it again.

Ok here’s the thing. Is this the best/worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in? No. I just needed an affordable, clean, and safe place to spend the night and this fit the bill. The pillows were hard as bricks is probably the only complaint I had.

I reviewed this Microtel yesterday (9/10/26) also. Same goes as before but add that the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. No low flow here. What a nice change from most other hotels/motels.

The property is old and due for renovation. It was very clean. Staff were very personable and helpful. Offered breakfast. Had a small gym. It was close to wineries and within 30 miles of major waterfalls. Free parking. I would stay there again and look forward to the renovations.

Was very nice for the price. Did not expect a 5 star hotel at that price point. It was fairly clean, a little dated. Biggest complaint was the phone in our room did not work. Would I stay here again??? Yes

My room was very clean. For as many people that were lodged here, it was very quiet. Even though it is on a busy road, inside the room, noise was minimal. The AC kicked butt. I actually had to turn it off for a while. Parking was plentiful. Place could use a little updating but the price is right so... Bonus: There is a grocery store, a thrift shop, a pizza shop, and an auto parts store, across the street and a McDonald's within walking distance.

It's a totally outdated motel with owners who care more about making money than anything else. The carpets are full of stains, both ice machines don't work, TVs are totally outdated. This dump needs either total renovation or being closed down. Expedia and Wyndham should be ashamed to have anything to do with this Microtell. The personnel was friendly and helpful but they're limited to what they can do in this situation. Some health inspection needs to be done at that place to put them out of their misery
