Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean. Mun, Daughter and kids do a great job at looking after this place. Breakfast is included in the room booking, its just not listed, and it has good choices. No coffee in room but its available in the breakfast room all day. Good value stay.

Great customer service for a great value.

Amanda, the manager, was very helpful and patient with me when I showed up and we realized that I had booked the room for the wrong night. Her kindness and understanding were greatly appreciated after a long day of work and driving. She helped me get it sorted - along with a Hotels.com support agent - and all was well.

Confused.

My plans changed during the trip and I did not require a 2nd nights stay. I chatted with the desk and she advised she would call the owner and let me know via text or call. No call or text came so I stopped back and was advised since I booked third party they could not credit or refund the 2nd night, even though I paid at the property and not through the app. It was and is confusing. The amenities were great. Lesson learned I guess......

Clean and comfortable

This is a good basic hotel that is clean and the service is good. We have stayed here before as it is one of the only hotels in the area. We mostly saw one person working and she was friendly and would check if we needed anything. The only bad thing was last year they had a good Continental breakfast and although on their website it says something about a breakfast snack? It was only coffee, oatmeal creamer pies, honey buns, and a large container of juice in the fridge. That is definitely not a “breakfast” at all and they ran out of creamer. But we will definitely stay here again if we come to this area.

Helpfulness of the check-in person in getting my reservation sorted out with Expedia. The room was clean and inviting. The breakfast was not up to standards, though, with only the Belgian Waffle maker providing proper sustenance. The coffee cups did not have matching lids, the two choices of cereals were inadequate, the pastries were unappetizing and the coffee ran out. This was in the last hour of the 6-9am open breakfast time, but it should still be better set out.

This is a decent place to stay if you are wanting to save money on a hotel. It is clean for the most part (there were some stains in the bathtub and on some baseboards) but overall the bed and floor and appliances were clean. We have stayed here before and will probably stay here again next time we are in town. They have a waffle maker and then basics like bagles and cereal and milk and juice. Coffee was weak but not terrible.
