“Great location, clean rooms.”

“Yes ”

“I like this hotel easy parking ”

“What I didn't like was you advertised Airport, but did not provide a shuttle! That was a surprise because I thought you did. My bad, but that won't happen again.”

“Property was relatively clean, could have been better.”

“Anthony at check-in was awesome. He went above and beyond for us!”

“I reserved 3 rooms at this location. The hotel had plenty of parking in a nice and safe area well lit. The hotel rooms were a nice size however the carpets in the rooms were dirty. Upon entering the room it was clean however it had a smell and immediately I knew it was the carpet. I held a smell like wet sneakers. I accidentally walked on the carpet without slippers and was totally disgusted 😑. Consider removing the carpet.”

“Relatively old facility, great breakfast, nice staff, especially the gentleman who checked us in.”

“Clean, well-maintained property that includes an actual breakfast.”

“This place can be better but unfortunately the staff reflects the type of environment you are encountering. I had an electronic device stolen from my room. I chose not to report it because I didn't want any issues and just wanted to get through the stay. Housekeeping went into my room while I was out when a do not disturb magnet was on my door. They stole this item and when I noticed it was missing, I ended up staying the rest of my stay inside. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving to go to……

“Everything was fine besides the pool area smelled pretty bad.”

“Excellent”

“Breakfast menu was very limited”

“I didn’t like the fact that there were no updated tv in our room….when I reported a problem to the staff they did nothing to replace it. I didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, And there was one elevator working the whole time I was there!!!”
