“The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. ”

“Parking was a nightmare but soon sorted out. Service was above and beyond, owner driving around until he found a fish and chip shop open and bringing us back a lovely meal. Super breakfast with lots of choice.”

“Great communication from booking site regarding access to building, the room was on the very top floor with unfortunately no lift which if you have mobility issues then this may not be the place for you. The room is accessed by your personal access code which is displayed on the digital door handle, the room is fresh and very modern and surprisingly very quiet for its location. Very good qualty furnishings and well fitted modern kitchen and bathroom. This is a very good place to stay and……
