We had a group of 11 friends in town to check out the biking trails. The location was perfect, great view of the lake, and minutes from local restaurants. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The deck was our favorite hangout.

We enjoyed 3 nights at the VRBO with our children and grandchildren. The accommodations suited us very well. We especially enjoyed having the big yard for playing games and the access to the dock for fishing. Having a fire pit to roast marshmellows was another big hit for the kids. There were a couple of items that did not work as well as we expected but the owner was very receptive to fixing them. The owner was very accommodating both prior to our arrival and during our stay. Overall, it was a great place for a large group and we would rent this house again in the future.

The host was friendly and attentive. We accidentally unplugged the wifi and he fixed it immediately. (Oops, didn't even make us feel dumb) The property was super clean, well stocked, and served our needs well. ( Tons of kitchen towels which you hardly ever get!) Kayaks, and plenty of outdoor seating available, no need to bring a camp chair.

Overall our stay was great! It was our own fault for not reading the description better, but the house does not have 8 bedrooms as advertised, but he did explain that in the description. Just be sure to read it if you're actually needing 8 bedrooms. Overall nice and welcoming.

Enjoyable multi-family get away! Our family ranges in age from 65 to 1, and this house provided comfort for all. We spent a lot of time in the well stocked kitchen, on the large back porch and yard area playing yard games and out on the canoe and kayaks! Life jackets and paddles were all provided. The game room was amazing and well used. While the game room air conditioner struĝgled to cool, the rest of the house was exceptionally comfortable during the hot days of July.We spent many days at the nearby beach with our grand kids and even one day at Kamp Dels Waterpark. The nearby town of Waseca has a Walmart which we frequented for supplies. Thanks, Greg, for the opportunity to rent such a lovely home.

Summer Family Get Together

Great space to get together and catch up, yet also big enough if you needed a little alone time.Loved the flat iron grill outside, the game room, and the well stocked kitchen.

Greg was an excellent host, responsive and great attention to detail. Our large group, including 4 families with multiple kids ages 2-15, had plenty of space to sleep and play inside. The game room was a nice addition and we used some kayaks and the paddle board. We were able to access local amenities easily (5 min walk to the swim beach, 5 min drive to the state park and into town to some restaurants and parks). The biggest downfall to us was that we hadn't realized that the house is not directly on the lake; we had to walk across a road to get to that area and the dock. We didn't use the fire pit at all because we had kids in the house and it was too far away. We also didn't fish much for this reason.

The house was fully supplied, more kitchen tools then we have seen in other nightly rentals. Although we were there for a quick family trip in the winter...we enjoyed what we could. So no reviews on the outdoor activiites. It was appropriate and roomy and had extra blankets and pillows too. Host did a great job communicating with us.

My family spent Thanksgiving weekend together in the house and it was amazing! Not only was the house itself everything we could have wanted, but Greg went above and beyond. I have never worked with a host who was as friendly, welcoming, & accommodating! Even with a blizzard, I would highly recommend!!!!

Great Bang for your Buck

We booked this property because it was reasonably priced for the size, and we were pleased to find it had everything we needed and more. The beds were not the most comfortable, and there were a few cobwebs and spiders (to be expected near the lake), but it definitely met our expectations! Would stay again.
