“Cute cabin”

“Great place to stay...just a little tight on space”

“Unique property - very accommodating of my pup. Close to great outdoor adventures, and multiple downtown areas for dining and shopping.”

“Perfect home base for exploring the area. No fuss check in/check out and very comfortable location. Would rent again.”

“It was perfect. Very clean. The host was awesome. Hoping to go back next year.”

“The communication was excellent. The room was “as advertised”and clean.”

“There are no outside photos for a reason but the inside was OK . It was ok for one night. It was a bit musty - the pictures are a bit deceiving. It looks modern but it has seen its day. The surroundings are quite sad. The price point for the area are in line given you are in a very high demand place and it is peak times. It’s bare bones in the bedrooms which are upstairs . One bathroom- which was clean. The kitchen has the basics. There is a convenient store with gas less than 2 miles away which……

“This was THE most adorable place I've ever stayed in a rental! I had my kids with me and the proximity to the river to fish and swim was a huge selling point. Then you get the hot tub and TREE HOUSE sauna for the cherry on top! I only gave 4 stars for the description because I didn't look closely enough and thought the futon was an additional bed.10/10 would recommend!”

“Great instructions. Easy parking. Comfortable beds!”

“Great cabin for a couples getaway. Location is great for the area attractions, yet far enough away from everyday hustle. Host was very attentive and made sure we had everything that we needed. Enjoyed driving the Vernont highways and backroads to leaf peep!”

“The only positives of the property is its size and location. Property not clean and left after an issue with some sort of flies swarming in one of the bedrooms. Expedia was informed of cleanliness issues after check in and would supposedly inform host. Never heard from host until after they were informed of check out immediately after issue with flies. I certainly would not recommend staying there.”

“The cabin was nice ,well set up . We did not use the community hot tube or sauna. The sleeping loft was tough to get temperature regulated so it was uncomfortable sleeping to hot and humid up there. We had the ceiling fan on and the air conditioning vents on. Still not enough. Besides that nice place great views nice location.”

“My best friend and I had a great time at the serene country cabins, cabin two. The cabin was bigger than it looked in the pictures and everything worked properly. We weren’t in need of anything extra while we were there because the cabin had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting around the campfire for a little bit after dark for some s’mores, and enjoyed relaxing for a night. Thanks for everything, Melissa”

“Great location in Morrisville - allowed easy access to Hardwick (for dinner at Cork and Fork - excellent), Stowe (for skiing), and Waterbury (also for skiing at Bolton). We stayed in winter, so campground is closed - we had the place to ourselves and could walk the dog down along the river - very peaceful.”

“We had a lovely stay in this cabin as a base for our deep Vermont adventures. Everything was as listed, we were warm and cozy, bed was nice. Having a fire outside was wonderful too if you dont mind a few wildlife calls!”

“My husband, our dog and I spent 5 beautiful days in Cabin #4 at Serene cabins area. The cabin has comfortable bedroom, living room with well equipped kitchenette and an excellent bathroom. Everything was clean, modern and very comfortable. Daytime we explored Mt Elmore State Park, enjoyed swimming at Lake Elmore, in the evening we cooked on the grill and enjoyed campfire in a beautiful area. We also visited Stow and even drove up to the Canada border in a beautiful environment. Our hosts were……

“Very nice private country location. Great easy access to town. Perfect for a couple or single traveler. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Quiet and relaxing.”
