「剛入住兩天房間面courtyard有廚房的油煙味很重，之後五天改面外街好多了。幾個階梯提行李較不方便外，他們的服務是真的很不錯，只要他們人在，看到都會幫忙搬運行李。英國水質應為硬水，但他們提供的洗髮精與潤髮乳讓我的頭髮超柔順。很多小地方累積下來，整體感受是很棒的。」

「I like that the hotel is a very convenient base for me when I come to London as it is close to the Tube station. It is also pleasant to walk along the Regent's Canal. The food is fantastic and I have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly.」

「Beautiful pub with great wine choices and amazing authentic Spanish tapas. Really nice decor and cute outdoor space. We stayed in the pub too and the room was clean and spacious. Tastefully decorated. Great location for gigs in Hammersmith. Just a short bus ride away. Loads of breakfast options nearby. 」

「In fact, it surprised me a lot. The staff was the boy at the bar table. He was busy but helped me to check in as possible as he could. My room was larger than I imagined. Bed was tidy and clean. The fragrance of the cover proved it was substituted. The hotel was close to TKmark, Subway and MacDonald. 5 mins walk to the underground station. 「great location and decent price.」

「We rarely get a break from our business so we are always so happy to find little gems like the Brocket. We loved the relaxed charm of the whole place. The roads accessing it may be a little windy & tight but Ayot is such a beautiful area it is worth the trip.
