「Unfortunately, our experience at The Elms did not live up to the expectations or the price we paid for our 3-night stay. Given the premium rates, especially for a busy weekend, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, & attention to detail. Upon arriving late at night, I got into bed only to discover what appeared to be a blood stain on the bedding right my eye level. 「This was a pretty standard hotel. The bathroom had been remodeled but appeared to be unfinished. There were refillable dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. The breakfast was pretty standard. There was a waffle machine, biscuits, sausage and gravy and numerous breads. No fresh fruit. Coffee, tea and juice. OK for one night while traveling」
