“Perfect location for my quick overnight. Know Athens well as previous resident. Great privacy, location a quick walk or uber and snap you’re downtown/Sanford Stadium. Super easy to find, you feel like you’re in the woods with all the evergreens/green vegetation. Clean, equipped with what you need for overnight or longer stay. Location awesome for college campus/downtown you name it.”

Our children enjoyed fishing off the dock and we found the process of renting a boat to enjoy right from the house really fun and easy! We can't wait to return!”

“Nice property. My gps didn’t take me to the right house but my husbands did. House was clean, well stocked, quiet and amazing access to the lake. We enjoyed the dock and fire pit as well. Grass was super long but they sent landscaping on our last day. Great neighbors as well. ”

The location is ideal being close to both the university of Georgia and also to numerous restaurants. The owner, Christian, was also extremely attentive and checked on us on several occasions which I appreciated as well. ”
