“Wonderful place...perfect location! Very happy with our stay! The only thing to note is the parking area is very small, so anything larger than a midsize SUV will have to park elsewhere.”

“This property was clean and exactly as described. Location was excellent and very quite despite being located above retail stores. Restaurants, beach and shops, short walk away. Perfect for our small family. Would definitely return.”

“Be prepared for paid parking”

“Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful view. The host were very friendly. House was clean. Enjoyed the private patio area and horseshoe pit. Rooms were spacious and for our family of four. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a peaceful beautiful get-a-way. We enjoyed popular nearby places to visit such as Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Capitola Beach, The Mystery Spot.”

Just be a bit cautious of walking in the livingroom near the staircase, you could bonk your forehead. The kitchen is ready to cook with plenty of tools available.”

The phones in the room did not work to call the front desk; I had to use my cell phone to reach them. Also, bed was hard; I realize this is a matter of……

“Clean and comfortable property, perfect for 2 people. Coffee shop and restaurant nearby. Beach within walking distance. Really a perfect place for a couple days in Santa Cruz.”
