Enjoyable stay with unbelievable view

We had an amazing stay with another family (4 adults, 4 kids) that included some enjoyable outside time on the beach and nearby dunes. The house was beautiful and fit our social needs quite well. Would definitely recommend!

Great location to escape the crowds of santa cruz but still be close by to drive there. House was clean and everything worked great. The new upgraded tv was excellent as well.

Great View

Had a fantastic stay! First the basics. Everything was clean, kitchen was well apointed (cooked for 7), everything worked & host was great. The home accomodated 7 adults easily and the view was amazing, we were able to see whales and watch magnificent sunsets from the balcony. Will definitely stay here again.

The view from this house is spectacular. Having kitchen, dining and living room area all on the top floor with the deck to expand the footprint makes this very comfortable. With all of the windows open on a nice day the outdoors sound and smells come inside which is very special. The walk to the beach and parking lot are both very short. Beds are very comfortable, with windows open you feel like you are sleeping on the beach. Al is a very hospitable host. Easy to contact when needed and very helpful. We had a great stay.

Nice get away for families

This is a nice house that fits a larger family, just a 2-minute walk to the beach. The kitchen / living room are on the top floor, providing great views of the ocean. The rooms are nice and allowed us to have 3 adults, a 5-year-old, and two infants with no problems. We plan on staying here again in the future.
