「Owner was very responsive and accommodated an earlier check in which was appreciated. Check in was straight forward. House was clean and tidy, spacious with a garden that the kids enjoyed and comfy beds.Shower pressure was weak but overall we enjoyed the house and would recommend. Great location to enjoy the full range of the monterey Bay Area as well as local shops, although the house is well stocked with amenities 」

「Address listing was incorrect ( it’s “road” not “drive”) so took an extra hour to find location because host wasn’t accessible except by message. Once we were able to reach him he was very curt and somewhat dismissive instead of helpful. Location was as shown on website but the interior had a lot of items that showed it was”lived in” ( long hairs in bathroom, groceries in kitchen storage, very old, used kitchen items- dishes, glassware). 「This property was perfect for our weekend trip to Monterey for an extended family reunion. It was close to our family gatherings and to the activities planned in Monterey. Shopping and food are also close by. Great communication by our host. It was an easy check-in using a keybox with a code. Thank you!」

「This is a very cute house with lots of space for sleeping and playing in the big yard. It is located in a small cul-de-sac near a park with playgrounds, so it’s a great place to stay with kids! The host is also very helpful and communicative, proactively checking in and even providing recommendations when I asked about good local beaches for kids. Definitely recommend staying at this property!」
