“Super cute house perfectly situated in town and close to NSU which was the reason for our stay. Nicely decorated to make it a cozy stay. Will definitely plan to stay again, if our daughter decides to commit to NSU as a future Lady Riverhawk. A small suggestion would be to supply re-usable plastic containers for leftover food to be stored in fridge to have for next day, and maybe a sm/med sauce pot. Everything else you would need for a basic stay is available.”

“If you are looking for a remote getaway, this is the property for you. It's a beautiful, clean home with everything you need to prepare meals. The view of the river is lovely and we saw deer, rabbits, and even a bald eagle. However, be aware that the last 20 minutes of the drive is on gravel roads. The only disappointment was that there was no river access, so we had to leave the property each day and drive 30-40 minutes to a public access location. We had hoped to swim and fish at the property……

“The bed, despite the limited headroom, was very comfortable. The whole cabinet was quaint and quiet - perfect for us. I took a nap for the first time in YEARS. I also took a pic of the mattress and will looking at those when we shop for a new one.”

“Simple and clean. Great place to stay in the area. Very accommodating for pets.”

“Beautiful surroundings, location close to everything, nice size house that had been updated. The yard was big and our dog had plenty of room to run and play. Our only negative was finding out at check-in that the management group did not allow a dog to be left unattended in the yard (in case it would bark) or in the house unless it was kenneled. We had to change our family plans to accommodate this because we do not kennel our dog and we had hoped to leave her outside for short amounts of time……

“The house was perfect for what we needed. House was nice and clean. Everything was as described online. There was even some charcoal left for the grill. Only downside is that the yard wasn’t mowed, however I know the weather had been wet for some time.”

“We booked this property for our daughter’s graduation. We had family from MO, MS, TN and TX. This house was perfect for our big group. It’s HUGE! The kitchen was nice and large with everything you would possibly need. Two living rooms and the outdoor space (which was our favorite) had plenty of seating for talking or playing games. (The game closet has every game you could imagine. Plus puzzles and kid toys and books) The bedrooms are large and beds are comfortable. The master bath has tons of……

“The property had everything we needed: it was clean, comfortable, perfect size for 4 people. We liked the location as well.”

“Wonderful accommodations! Quiet, rural location, immaculate inside and out. I was by myself, but four or more adults could easily stay there comfortably. Lots of room, everything sparkling clean. I will definitely stay there again. Wish I could give more than 5/5 stars!”
