“Remote parking is indeed a drawback.”

“We really missed having a coffee maker in the room. And breakfast was okay. If there is any way to get ALL hotels and motels to use a decent grade of facial tissues and toilet paper it would be awesome. The Interstate rest areas use a better grade in most cases. This is a very European feeling lodging, which is good if what you want is a great bed, good climate control in the rooms, and a gym.”

“The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the plump pillow, along with the softer ones. Parking was adequate. The breakfast eggs and meat were not warm, and this concerned me about the possibility of food poisoning. They need to be kept hotter.”

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“The front desk was helpful and accommodating when we presented our issues. There are ants and roaches in certain rooms, dirt and grime left on appliances and the floor. There needs to be a policy change that requires housekeeping on a more frequent basis. They don’t check on residents frequently to make sure the living habits of residents and conditions are not promoting pests. Smoking takes place in the building and right in front of the entrance. They need more staff to be able to help manage……

“The staff were all super nice. The breakfast was pretty good. Clean rooms but the decor could use some updating. The pool was closed when we wanted to use it. Overall nice place for an overnight stay for a local wedding.”
