Built in 1880 & recently updated, our home is a warm & welcoming house with a huge well-appointed kitchen. It was listed on the National & State Register of Historic Places by the Secretary of the Interior in 2022.

Located in the beautiful East Hill Residential Historic District, our home is close to Granite Peak ski area, about a mile from downtown Wausau & less than a half mile from the Leigh Yawkey Woodson Art Museum. We are also close to Sylvan Hill, loads of dining options & so much more

With 4 Bedrooms plus a comfy Queen Sleeper Sofa in the main living room, our place sleeps 8 comfortably and up to 10 people.

Guest access:
Your group will have full access to the house and garage, excluding the locked storage space in the basement and the unconditioned attic space. Both the front & rear entrances have smart locks for your convenience.

As an FYI, the barn doors on the main floor king bedroom and the half bath do not have latches or locks.

As our home is over 145 years old, some floors are uneven. Our driveway is also quite narrow.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

1. Leave any used beds unmade so cleaners can quickly & easily see what needs to be cleaned 2. Start load of towels 3. Take all trash & recycling out 4. Load dishwasher & start it 5. Turn lights off

6. Put garage door opener back if you took it out 7. Close & lock windows & doors
