The room was clean & spacious. Desk staff was friendly and the hotel itself had a clean, fresh smell. . Even though we do not have pets, we did noticed that it was pet friendly.

不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
The shower was great and the bed was okay. We got a room with a hot tub and brown scum was floating in it. The floors had crumbs all over it and the room was dusty. The people above us were so noisy that I was exhausted the next day. They decided to fill their hot tub at 11 pm so our room was vibrating. There were people hanging out in the parking lot drinking and being loud. Overall, it was a nightmare and I would never stay there again.

I selected this hotel primarily because side it had a pool because we were driving a long distance with young children. We got all checked in BEFORE the clerk told us the pool was “closed for maintenance.” Then there was someone getting arrested outside of our room in the middle of the night……..would NOT recommend this hotel

不滿：住宿狀況
I have stayed in much nicer facilities and far less, regardless that we were there during the week of the EAA Fly-In at Oshkosh. Price did not justify the value. Only one ice machine, and it was broken. Pool used in the morning by local residents for water aerobics. Breakfast was below average for a hotel of this level. Bedding felt cheap and old. Same with the towels.

We've stayed here quite a few times over the winter and each time our room has been very clean, the staff is very accommodating, complimentary breakfast is good. Nice they have a waffle maker to enjoy something hot for breakfast. The best future of this Quality Inn is the pool and hot tub! It is also clean and well maintained.
