“Our son and his fiancé were getting married at the April Sound Church with their reception at the county club. We needed a home to house a few members of our family for the weekend. House and amenities were lovely and just as described. Only exception was the parking and sleeping up to 10 is stretching it a bit unless guests will sleep on the sofa. “We had a wonderful stay. The deck and view of Lake Conroe was fantastic. Kitchen had all we needed. We were surprised that the bathroom was downstairs... I did not realize that it was one room since there was sleeping accommodations for 6 or 7. That being said we were family! I would suggest that the owner have a room divider available to use,,, The murphy bed was super comfortable but the sleeper sofa mattress might need to be replaced. “This house was once a beauty, but is need of serious repair. There is evidence of mold in the garage. We never did get the golf cart to work and never got a response from the property manager about why the cart didn't work. The interior was very nice and accomidated my family. There were plenty of towels and bathroom accessories, and dishware and pot and pans. The boat dock was pretty dirty, but we used it for successful fishing. All in all, a pleasant 4 days.”
