Property was really ruined down. Hotel is old and dilapidated. The halls smell of cigarette/weed smoke. Drains in the bathroom runs slow. Parking lot has lots of potholes that need repair. Hilton Garden Inn Lansing West
The hot tub was out of order, and the staff were rude! I cannot believe this is how a Hilton hotel is being run. I am appalled at the treatment of visitors and the lack of consideration. This was the worst stay ever, I’d have been better off at the travel lodge!!!
