「Bill and Paula and the whole community were amazingly kind. This was a rustic and genuine experience to be immersed into a warm Fijian community. We should have realized some of the limitations that we would face, (no a/c, limited power supply, steep steps to the main house for meals, etc) traveling with my elderly mother before we booked this, but everyone was kind, thoughtful and welcoming. 「Ocean View is a must-stay homestay for anyone looking to experience true Fiji time.
As a solo traveler, the room was perfect — clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Vil and Paola took amazing care of me and always made sure I was comfortable. While the food was a bit pricey, the portions were massive as long as you are an adventurous eater — depite this I never finished a full plate!

「There was limited power and lightning, flies all over the food, if you want to feel like your living in a cave with flies all over your food you should go here, if not you should stay away, was not 3 - 5 coarse meals as advertised, really need some complimentary sports equipment to use while there, **do not vist***」
